Austrian Numerical Analysis Day
Workshop Announcement
Following the tradition and the spirit of previous events in this series of workshops, the 11th Austrian Numerical Analysis Day will be organized by and will take place at the Johann Radon Institute for Computational and Applied Mathematics (RICAM) on May 6-8, 2015.
The first part of the Austrian Numerical Analysis Day is dedicated to Walter Zulehner on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
Overview
The goal of this workshop is to inform about present/recent and future/planned research activities in the fields of numerical analysis and applied mathematics. Scientists from different groups at Austrian Universities and other Research Institutions are invited to present their results/interests and discuss their ideas. Apart from strengthening already well established contacts this annual workshop should also provide an opportunity to start new collaborations.
