We will try to establish a kind of "clinics" for non-linear systems solving by Gröbner bases and related methods, i.e. a center to which people can send systems and will either get a solution with discussion and documentation or a discussion about which methods could be tried and which difficulties one would have to overcome in order to get to a solution. This center will also build up and make accessible a kind of an expert system for how to solve nonlinear systems with current methods, algorithms, and software systems.

We are not yet sure whether, given the resources available, we will manage to set up this center. Any help and suggestions are welcome.
