In the training school leading researchers give extended lectures on inverse problems of microscopic imaging, medical tomography and magnetic resonance imaging.

The school aims to cover mathematical, numerical as well as practical aspects of these application areas. The lectures address, in particular, practically relevant topics such as mathematical modeling, leading to problem of integral geometry, and efficient numerical solution, such as regularization and data driven methods.
