The hotel is within walking distance to the conference venue. Conference participants can book a room there by contacting the hotel directly.

Single rooms in Hotel Sommerhaus can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival without cost. Please be aware that it is your own responsibility to manage your booking, including cancellation of your room if the conference should not take place on-site.

Accommodation for plenary and tutorial speakers will be booked directly by the conference organizers. These rooms will be within walking distance to the conference venue.
