Call for Papers
Announcement for the special JSC issue on the occasion of MEGA 2007
All the participants of the MEGA 2007 conference are invited to submit papers for the special issue of the Journal of Symbolic Computation. This invitation is also extended to any researcher interested in the topics of the MEGA conference as described at its web page, http://www.ricam.oeaw.ac.at/mega2007.
The guiding principles for the publication procedure will be as follows:
- Research papers (not necessarily bound to a lecture of the conference) on a topic associated with MEGA are welcome. Submitters are encouraged to keep the level and information density high.
- All the papers will be refereed according to the JSC standards.
- Papers should be submitted to mega2007@ricam.oeaw.ac.at.
- NEW DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 14, 2007
- The format is pdf. Please prepare your manuscript by using the JSC style files, which are available from the JSC home pages at http://www4.ncsu.edu/~hong/jsc.htm.
- Notification of acceptance February 10th, 2008.
- The final versions should be sent in by the end of February 2008, with tex sources, in the same way as the initial submission.
- The journal issue will hopefully appear in 2008.
- Andre Galligo, Luis Miguel Pardo and Josef Schicho will be the editors of this special issue.
The Institute is named after the famous Austrian mathematician Johann Radon (1887-1956)
